Dr. Christopher Thomas coordinates the P–3/Universal Transitional Kindergarten Leadership Certificate for the 21CSLA State Center/UC Berkeley. He has over 25 years of educational leadership experience as a P–12 school leader and as a university faculty member directing school leadership programs. Chris is an equity-focused leader dedicated to collaborating with and learning from historically marginalized communities to empower and create equitable student outcomes. He holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin.
