Never in the last 75 years have Americans been so focused, simultaneously, on problems of inequality, economic security, racial injustice, civic disunity, and even our democracy itself.
The Berkeley School of Education 2022 Impact and Vision report—also available at this link as a pdf—reflects on how we have navigated these challenging times for public education and envision a more equitable future. At the BSE, our focus is to "educate like democracy depends on it." I believe it does.
