Berkeley Psychedelic Facilitation Certificate Program
The Berkeley Psychedelic Facilitation Certificate Program is a philanthropically funded project aiming to create and share knowledge with the world about the art and science of psychedelic care and its place in society. The project has provided three years of psychedelic facilitation training for advanced health and spiritual care professionals, developed a comprehensive and robust curriculum, and produced multiple publications and presentations regarding best practices for work with these medicines, including applications in clinical, cultural and spiritual contexts.
CoRE Lab (Computational Representations in Education)
Examines how scientific computing tools — like computer simulations, data visualizations, and interactive maps — are fundamentally changing how young people learn and communicate about our world.
Laboratory for the Study of Interaction and Discourse in Educational Research
A group that supports research projects that develop and engage the transformative potential of educational research and pedagogy. We also support projects that seek collaboration with local and transnational communities of educators and leaders in education.
The Functions Group
Serves as a research forum for students and others interested in varied aspects of mathematical cognition. Its agenda is to serve the research needs of its members. The group does whatever it can to help its members make sense of issues related to mathematical thinking, teaching, and learning.
Equity and Excellence in Early Childhood
UC Berkeley Equity and Excellence in Early Childhood (E3C) is a public impact alliance uniting researchers, educators, and public-sector changemakers to understand what’s working, reimagine what’s possible, and co-create solutions that deliver lasting impact for children, families, and communities.
