The Interview Clinic is open to site, system, and teacher leaders who are in the process of receiving their administrative credential in districts served by the Bay Area Regional Academy. The Regional Academy serves Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Solano counties.
The Interview Clinic provides site and systems level administrative leaders working in TK-12 education practical skills and support in preparation of the job application process and interviews for administrative positions. The goal of this offering is to optimize job hireability by highlighting and elevating participants' professional experiences and achievements in a data-driven way.
Participants will:
- Explore strategies to elevate professional experience and achievements in cover letters, resumes, and interviews
- Receive individualized feedback and advice on cover letters and resumes
- Learn interview how-to's and best practices
- Practice answering interview questions with facilitators who will also provide individualized feedback and coaching
- Have the opportunity to participate in mock interviews with Bay Area district hiring coordinators
