Within the current pay period, a missed punch can be corrected by doing the following:
- Login to Caltime(link is external)
- Select the correct time period.
- Select the row for the date you want to add time or change the missed punch enter the time in the cell. If adding or deleting use the + sign or the minus sign on the left side of row you are changing.
- Click Save. Note: Please remember to add a or p for AM or PM. Acceptable formats include 8a or 8:30a.
If the missed punch is not corrected prior to the deadline, a manual timecard must be filled out.
