A virtual monthly presentation and discussion with Berkeley School of Education faculty and staff, exploring cutting edge educational leadership research and emerging issues.

Realize Your Equity Vision with Public and Private Funds

A virtual daylong workshop focused on fund development strategies for social justice leaders in education.

Systems Leadership Lab | June 15–18, 2026

An intensive, four-day, in-person series of workshops designed for educational systems leaders seeking to strengthen their equity-centered leadership capacity.

Social Justice Teacher Leadership Training

A modular series exploring identity, transformative leadership principles, equity-centered coaching and scheduling, data and assessment, and strategies for designing professional development and facilitating adult learning.

Leadership Connection Rubric Workshop

An introduction to the Berkeley School of Education’s Leadership Connection Rubric, a foundational tool that helps leaders connect vision, strategy and practice. The Rubric provides clear criteria for assessing leadership skills, guiding reflection, and supporting growth in advancing equity and systemic change.

Place-Based Educational Travel

Immersive educational travel programs that connect theory to practice, deepening participants’ understanding of how policies and systems shape equitable student outcomes.
