At the Educational Leadership Learning Accelerator (ELLA), equity-minded school and systems leaders can invest in their leadership and develop the research-based tools, mindsets, and skills needed to disrupt and ameliorate systems of oppression within their context. Leaders can choose from a range of supports, including 1) professional learning opportunities, 2) one-on-one coaching, 3) learning exchanges, and 4) customized professional development.

In order to develop solutions to complex social justice and equity challenges, leaders need powerful, ongoing learning opportunities. At ELLA, Berkeley School of Education faculty and partners support leaders to expand their social justice skills and knowledge, engage in critical thinking, reflect upon their own practices, and develop a network of like-minded leaders to realize their bold visions for equity.
